The securely hosted*, cloud-based AirView system is designed to simplify sleep apnoea patient monitoring, reporting and device troubleshooting by enabling medical staff to access data and change settings remotely.

AirView connects to ResMed sleep devices**, including AirSense 11, AirSense 10, AirCurve 10 and AirMini.

  • Wireless (CAM) data upload: Receive data Air11 and Air10 devices wirelessly via the GSM/GPRS network with automatic upload to the AirView server.
  • SD card data upload: Patient therapy data can be uploaded from the device to the AirView server using an SD card.
  • Patient list dashboards: See an overview of compliance and basic therapy issues in easy-to-read, colour-coded visuals for all your patients. Available for Air11 and Air10 devices.
  • Summary data visualisation: See an overview of patients’ therapy usage metrics over a 1- to 90-day period. Available for Air11 and Air10 devices.
  • Therapy, compliance and detailed reports: Generate predefined PDF reports to view therapy and compliance data over a 1 to 365-day period, and drill down with detailed data over a 1- to 30-day period. Available for Air11 and Air10 devices.
  • Remote Settings: View and change therapy device settings remotely to reflect your patients’ changing needs and support adherence. Available for Air11 and Air10 devices.
  • Remote Assist: An up-to-date snapshot of your patients’ device issues within the AirView interface to support remote troubleshooting. Available for Air11 and Air10 devices.
  • Action Groups††: Action Groups lets you filter your patients into groups based on certain criteria so you can focus your attention on those who need it most. Available for Air11 and Air10 devices.
  • Care Check-In: An interactive feature that allows patients to share their experience in response to prompts. Clinicians can monitor and flag specific needs, while patients can access advice to help them solve common problems independently. Care Check-In is only available for Air11 devices.
  • AirView Exchange: ResMed AirView Exchange enables third-party healthcare application partners and healthcare providers to connect their applications to the ResMed Air Solutions ecosystem. If you are interested in AirView Exchange, please contact your sales representative.

While not essential, the following programs (or equivalent alternatives) are necessary to download card data and view exported data and reports from AirView.

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader 10.0.1 (or higher)
  • Oracle Java SE 8

Older versions of these programs (or any of their alternatives) are not officially supported.
