AirSense 11 device updates | ResMed

Device updates

Your AirSense™ 11 is equipped with the ability to receive software updates remotely using OTA (Over the Air) updates.
These updates help ensure that your device is using the latest ResMed PAP technology and software.

Do I need to do anything?

These updates are pushed automatically, and your device will be updated when you’re not using therapy. As long as your device has power and an adequate cellular service*, you don’t have to do anything to receive updates.

You will have to click on OK once the device has been updated and you can see following screen.

What’s new?

Care Check-In

Your AirSense 11 is being updated to improve the visual experience of Care Check-In. The questions haven’t changed but they are now better adapted to the screen size and there is no longer any need for scrolling. You’ll also be asked a follow-up Care Check-In question every six months to check how you’re getting on with therapy over the longer term.

Device update 1

Released September, 2022

SW04600.07.6.0.0

Bluetooth oximetry

AirSense 11 now supports oximetry capability via Bluetooth connection to the Nonin 3150 BLE oximeter. If this is applicable to your therapy, you will be contacted by your care provider.

Please refer to the user guide for relevant information related to any warnings and precautions to be considered before and during use of the product.

* Your device is connected to a cellular service if you can see network bars on the top right corner of your AirSense 11 screen. If you see the silent mode icon (half-moon icon), you will need to activate your device by setting up a myAir™ account or asking your care provider to activate your device in AirView™.
