What is Care Check-In?

Care Check-In uses time-based check-ins during the first 28 days of therapy to ask you questions directly on your device or through the myAir app so you can provide feedback on how your therapy experience is going. For easy-to-resolve issues such as mask leak, Care Check-In will direct you to self-help content as a first step.

If your care provider monitors your therapy using AirView and has registered your AirSense 11 device in AirView, then they will be able to see your response from their AirView dashboard. Care Check-In lets your care provider know how you’re doing, and enables them to reach out and support you as needed with your therapy journey.

What will Care Check-In look like?

When you press ‘OK’ on the ‘Personalise’ screen on your AirSense 11 device, you enable the ‘Care Check-In’ feature.

You can dismiss this feature by pressing ‘No thanks’ when a ‘check-in’ screen appears on your AirSense 11 device or on the myAir app
